What sets me apart? Intentionality…
    • I prepare for your session by using any combination of breathwork, qigong, yoga, prayer, and meditation. This allows me to enter your session grounded, still, connected, and ready to focus deeply on you.
    • After our session I will take the time to problem solve, research, and plan on a course of action to do my best to help you and your unique situation.
    • I purposefully only see a small number of clients per day and week. There is space before and after your massage for me to take care of myself so I can be of higher service.
