What sets me apart? Intentionality…
    • I prepare for your session by using any combination of breathwork, qigong, yoga, prayer, and meditation. This allows me to enter your session grounded, still, connected, and ready to focus deeply on you.
    • Each client is treated as though they are the most important person on the planet during our time together.
    •  Communication is very important to make sure the work I am doing is as effective and beneficial as possible.
    • I purposefully only see a small number of clients per day and week. There is space before and after your massage for me to take care of myself so I can be of higher service.
